-Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end delivery of RPA and AI projects, from initiation through implementation to post-launch support.

-Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, managing project teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
-Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring projects remain on track.
-Performance Tracking: Monitor project performance against KPIs and milestones, implementing corrective actions as necessary to achieve project goals.
-Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from clients and team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelordegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
-5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on RPA and AI solutions preferred.
-Proven experience in client management and delivering technology projects.
-Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
-Familiarity with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) and AI technologies.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Spanish/English].
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
