Manager/ Senior Manager/AGM : MEP Contracts and Procurement

Role & responsibilities

• Pre-qualification of vendors for required works.
• Responsible for identification, negotiation, finalization of specification and terms and
  conditions with MEP contractors, Sub-contractors, vendors, suppliers etc.
• Coordination and monitor contractors, sub-contractors, consultants for smooth operations
  at site and ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
• Item wise Rate analysis/ Preparation of Ball Park estimate before floating the Tenders
• Tender Preparation, Floating of tenders to contractors for all Civil & MEP Works, Prebid
  meeting, coordination with the team for required details.
• Able to Read & understand the MEP Consultant Drawings (AutoCAD) .
• Comparison of Quotes, Rate reviews, negotiations, finalizing the rates, reviewing rates quoted
• Responsible for checking of bills of various vendors and timely processing for payment to avoid any kind of delay in payment
• Preparation of file notes for management approval, Work Order, Agreements, Amended orders
• Reviewing of rates for non-tendered items and amendment of Work Order, Clarification of the QS team,coordination with finance team
• Coordination with the site team for contracts & finalization, QS team, Finance team for
  billing and payment release.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E - Mechanical/EEE with 10 15 years of experience into Real estate industry with Good Knowledge about MEP package and products and vendors.
