Senior Python Developer

Position: Senior Python Developer
Experience : 7+ years
Location : Bengaluru (Hybrid)

What youll do:

💻 Develop and maintain web apps using Python and Flask
🤖 Collaborate on integrating machine learning models into applications (Bonus points for experience with TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn!)
🛠️ Design, implement, and optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
🔧 Use Git for version control and follow industry best practices
📚 Apply software development principles and design patterns to write clean, scalable code
🗣️ Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

✅ 7-10 years of professional software development experience
✅ 4+ years focused on Python development
✅ Strong experience with Flask or similar frameworks
✅ Proficient in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
✅ Familiar with version control (Git)
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong team player
✅ Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple way for everyone to understand
✅ Bonus: Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) and Machine Learning
