Head - Supply Chain Management ( Silver Jewellery)

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for New Vendor Identification for Silver Jewellery
• Procurement of Silver Jewellery
• Track the sale record of the Fast Moving / Slow Moving / Non Moving Items.
• Analyze / observe Jewellery Sales data
• Stock Order Fulfillment as per MBQ
• Identify Vendors for required Goods (Regular / New).
• Understand the Customer Preferences on selection of Item / Design
• Responsible for Inbound activities of all Jewellery received at Head Office
• Aging Stock / Vendor Returns
• Tally the details of the Invoice / Purchase Cost of the items
• Quality Check for Inward parcel received from the Vendors
• Ensure all the items are tagged properly with accurate details
• Vendor Payments / Follow-up
• Shall maintain the detailed Stock Reports
• Visual Merchandising / display of Jewellery in the Showrooms

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
• Bachelors degree / Degree in Supply Chain Management / MBA/ BBA

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

• 20 years of overall experience in Supply Chain Management of Jewellery Industry
• 10 years Silver Jewellery SCM experience is Mandatory in Senior Managerial Role.
