- Hiring for Supply Chain Management (Operations) - Wheat | Guntur

- Experience: 5+ years in Supply Chain Management (Operations) of Agro. Commodities (preferably Wheat)

Reporting to: Business Head

Current CTC: 10-20LPA

CTC Offer: 14-25LPA

Qualification: MBA- Agri Business Management (preferably tier 1 campuses) - prefer from IRMA, MANAGE, IIM-A FABM, NIFTEM

Job Summary:

- The candidate has experience in Supply Chain Management, playing a vital role in ensuring efficient and effective operations for Atta (wheat flour) factory for a leading FMCG/Agribusiness company.

Responsibilities include:

Wheat Sourcing:

- Actively monitor wheat procurement for the designated factory.

- Monitor sourcing geographically and by wheat variety, considering factors such as price, arrival, and quality.

Supply Chain Planning:

- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly supply chain planning for the Atta factory.

- Plan multimodal dispatches (including rail and road).

Key Metrics Monitoring:

- Ensure adherence to output from optimization tools.

- Monitor On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance.

- Facilitate direct plant buying and bagless dispatches.

- Optimize factory silo and warehouse utilization.

Coordination and Tracking:

- Coordinate daily with branch teams and the FBD plant team.

- Track plant and local warehouse stock-on-hand (SOH) and stock-in-transit (SIT) at the varietal level based on blend requirements.

Freight Management:

- Track freight spend and perform variance analysis.

- Identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Quality and Efficiency Monitoring:

- Monitor sourcing efficiency and quality of goods received (GRN).

- Track dispatch quality against receipts.

Vendor Development:

- Collaborate with transporters and multimodal operators to enhance vendor relationships.
