Account Analyst

• Manage and record daily financial transactions to ensure accurate accounting records. This includes processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements.

• Review and analyze company expenses to identify trends, variances, and potential areas for cost savings. Prepare reports to support financial decision-making.

• Oversee and execute the monthly and quarterly closing processes. Ensure all financial records are up-to-date, reconciled, and accurate. Prepare necessary reports and schedules for management review.

• Monitor and track financial performance against the budget. Analyze variances and provide insights on any discrepancies between budgeted and actual figures.

• Conduct margin analysis to evaluate the profitability of products or services. Assess cost structures and pricing strategies to optimize profit margins.
