Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Make cold and warm calls to potential clients in the US market to promote products/services.
2. Lead Conversion: Convert leads into customers by effectively communicating value propositions.
3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
4. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
5. CRM Management: Update and maintain customer details and interaction records in the CRM system.
