Team Lead (Accounts & Inventory)

Location : Vadodara / Mumbai (Any)

Experience: 3+ Years

Education : Chartered Accountant / CMA only

Inventory Knowledge is Mandatory

Software : Cin7, Xero ,QuickBooks, SAP, will be appreciated

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure successful system implementations and process optimization.
• Communicate with clients to understand business needs and provide tailored solutions for process improvements and best practices.
• Collaborate with Manager and Lead process mapping and improvements to align clients' business workflows across inventory, finance, and eCommerce operations.
• Analyze financial data from inventory and accounting systems, preparing accurate financial statements and reports and make strategic recommendations to enhance the client's financial health
• Mentor and manage the internal team on system usage and resolving client issues.
• Provide training to clients on new systems and the best operational practices.
• Work with the Manager to Implement and integrate inventory management systems and accounting platforms Oversee Ongoing Integrations status and transactional sync between accounting systems with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon).
• Oversee advanced accounting processes, including complex financial transactions and reconciliations.
• Manage inventory control and ensure accurate inventory valuation.
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements:

• CMA or CA (Preferred) with Advanced Inventory skills and Tools knowledge
• Advanced accounting, inventory management, and financial statement preparation.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards
• Knowledge of using accounting software - Xero / QBO / Sage / Business Central
• Expertise in inventory management systems (Cin7 / Business Central)
• Experience with systems implementation and Integrations
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
