Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer Lead with 10+ years of expertise in people management and hands-on experience in Python, Databricks, Azure (MS Stack), and PySpark. This role requires a blend of strong leadership capabilities and technical proficiency to lead teams, design scalable data solutions, and  deliver high-impact projects. The ideal candidate is passionate about fostering team growth and driving innovation in cloud-based big data environments.

Required Skills:

Technical Expertise:
● Proficiency in Python for data processing and application development.
● Strong experience with Databricks and PySpark for building and managing large-scale data pipelines.
● Hands-on expertise with Azure services: Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake, and other MS Stack tools.

Leadership and Management:
● Proven track record in people management, team building, and leadership.
● Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.

Data Management:
● Strong understanding of big data ecosystems, distributed computing, and data governance
principles.
