Role & responsibilities

Note Looking candidate with experience in Iron Making & Maintenance in Blast Furnace

Maintaing and ensuring all above responsibilities of Supervisors

Maintaing worker and driver's leaves by co-ordination with Admin Head/HR

Daily Tonnage of bulker record to collect & maintain.

Maintaining and arranging of workers food inside plant

KPI to be signed of last month by 3rd of next month & cumulative data of manpower

New information shared by Client and Location Head to be maintained at Shop floor without fail

Attending periodic meetings with respective departments within Plant

Pre-planning of regular run rate material requirement, thereby ensuring no last minute surprises.

Unique no for bill clearance of all depts, HR, Safety, Technical and Security to be shared with Accounts In charge and Heads immediately on receipt of the same

Preferred candidate profile

Experience 15+ years

Location Kalinganagar, Odisha

Qualification – BE / B Tech – Mechanical

CTC – Negotiable

Industry – Steel

Team size handling – more than 500 people

• Experience in industrial operations

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
