Job Description
- Ensure Compliance in every State of Operation of Company through registrations, remittances, filing of returns etc
- Ensure GST outgo of the company is optimized through availment of every possible benefit under the law Coordinate with Project Team, Department and with Customers where required
- Advocacy on GST to S&M Team at the time of bidding to enable their strategic decisions including PPP Projects.
- Defending Company in front of GST Authority where Department has taken adverse views / not accepted company’s stand etc
- MIS on I.Taxation
- Understanding the Insurance requirement of every Project based on Tender condition, securing appropriate insurance covers at optimum cost for Company
- Ensuring no lapse on continuity of Insurance or coverage expected from contract
- Preparation & filing of Insurance Claims, coordinating with Projects and with Surveyors/Insurance company representatives and securing maximum settlement of claims made by Company
- MIS on Insurance
