Technical Sales Executive - International Voice Process

Mandatory Requirements for this role:

• Should have Technical Sales experience with International Customers.
• International Voice Process Experience is a must.

Position: Inbound Technical Sales Specialist

Process: International Voice Process - Technical Sales

Work Days: 5 Days a week - Monday to Friday

Work Mode: Permanent Work from Home

Payout: Rs 35,000 to Rs 60,000 per month + Sales Incentive.

About the Role:

• You will be handling inbound calls from Australian and US Customers seeking IT Assistance. Tech Support. (No Cold Calling, No Outbound Calls).
• You will be required to convert these calls into meaningful sales by offering One Time or Yearly Support plans.
• Sales Target driven profile, therefore great incentives too.

Essential Requirements for this role:

• Previous experience in International Technical Sales profile is mandatory.
• Ability to Diagnose and Troubleshoot problems related to printers, emails, routers, no internet, black screen, blue screen, windows and mac troubleshooting etc.
• Should have experience on working on remote tools especially LogMeIn.
• Should have flair for sales and ability to handle high pressure sales environment.
• Self Motivated with go getter attitude.
• Excellent Verbal Communication Skills.
• Should have a working computer, high speed internet and a Head Set with microphone.
