Job Description :

We are seeking a Python Developer with a strong focus on data processing, machine learning, and AI to join our data science and engineering team. You will play a crucial role in designing, building, and scaling systems that process large datasets and deploy machine learning models. This role is ideal for a candidate passionate about leveraging Python libraries and techniques to solve complex, data-driven problems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement machine learning models : Collaborate with data scientists to implement algorithms using Python libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and/or PyTorch, turning raw data into intelligent systems.

- Model deployment and integration : Deploy machine learning models to production environments, integrating them into our applications via APIs and ensuring continuous improvement through monitoring and retraining.

- Data wrangling and preprocessing : Work with structured and unstructured data, utilizing tools like Pandas, NumPy, and Dask to clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis and model training.

- Collaborate on AI product features : Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to develop data-driven features and AI-powered solutions that directly address business challenges.

- Research and experiment with new algorithms : Stay ahead of the curve by experimenting with the latest techniques in AI and ML, integrating new advancements into ongoing projects where applicable.

- Performance optimization : Optimize machine learning models to ensure scalability, low latency, and high throughput in production environments.

Qualifications and Preferred Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 1-2 years of Python development experience, with a strong focus on data manipulation and machine learning.

- Proficiency in data processing libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Dask.

- Practical experience in implementing and deploying machine learning models using libraries like Scikit learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

- Familiarity with Flask or FastAPI for building and deploying RESTful APIs.

- Experience working with large-scale data processing frameworks like Apache Spark or Dask is a plus.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly) to effectively communicate findings and model performance.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver data-driven products.
