Overview: We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Senior Drivers with a proven track record of driving high-profile Leaders for Large Private Business Groups / Companies at Delhi NCR & have prior working experience in Military (Indian Army, Indian Air Force & Indian Navy), Para-military (Border Security Force: BSF, Central Industrial Security Force: CISF, Central Reserve Protection Force: CRPF etc.) , Foreign Embassies at New Delhi & Senior Government Officials.

The Ideal Candidate(s) will be Veterans/ Ex Servicemen(s) with 10 to 25 years of proven experience, particularly in VIP convoy driving, and providing safe, secure & professional driving services for high-profile Leaders for Multi-National Companies: MNCs / Large Private Business Groups / Companies including Chairman, Managing Director & Director & prior Work Experience for driving high-ranking Leaders/ VIP Dignitaries as part of Service Tenure at Indian Army, Special Protection Group (SPG), National Security Guards (NSG), Para-Military Forces, Delhi Police, Uttar Pradesh Police etc.

This is a high-responsibility position requiring both a strategic mindset and advanced driving techniques to ensure the utmost safety and security for the Occupants of Vehicle

Key Responsibilities:

• VIP Convoy Driving: Safely drive VIPs in a convoy, ensuring secure travel through high-risk zones and adhering to strict safety protocols
• High-Level Security Driving: Transporting high-profile Leaders with utmost discretion and security
• Route Planning & Coordination: Ensure optimal routes are chosen based on real-time traffic conditions, security threats, and event schedules. Ability to adjust quickly to evolving security situations
• Crisis Management: Respond to emergency situations swiftly and effectively, maintaining calm under pressure and protecting the individual at all costs
• Vehicle Maintenance & Inspection for High Performance & Luxury Vehicles: Conduct regular maintenance checks on vehicles, including security systems, communication tools, and emergency equipment
• Adherence to Security Protocols: To ensure all driving protocols are followed for safety of Vehicle Occupants as No. 1 Priority at all times
• Discretion & Confidentiality: Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion

Required Qualifications:

• 10 to 25 years of professional driving experience, preferably in VVIP/ VIP Convoy Driving
• Prior experience with Indian Army, SPG, NSG, Para Military Forces, or as a personal driver for high-profile Leaders (Example: Corporate Leaders, Diplomats).
• Expertise in defensive and evasive driving techniques, as well as familiarity with handling high-security vehicles
• In-depth knowledge of local routes, road networks, and the ability to adapt to changing conditions
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with security personnel and responding to situational demands
• Valid driving license with a clean driving record
• Strong physical and mental endurance to handle long hours, extended periods of travel, and high-pressure situations

Desirable Attributes:

• Previous training in security driving, anti-terrorism measures, or advanced driving courses
• Familiarity with the latest vehicle security technologies and emergency response systems
• Ability to maintain calm and clarity during high-stress or crisis situations
• Knowledge of first aid, basic vehicle repair, and quick-response procedures
