Electrician

• Maintenance of Electrical LV Power distribution Panels, such as replacement of damaged parts like SFU , SDF , FUSE , Insulators , Busbar etc., Replacement and crimping of Power & control cable Lugs by using various crimping Tools, Insulation Resistance checking of HT & LT cables , Fault finding skill during Earth fault or Short circuit fault of outgoing feeders of LT panels. Measurement of all electrical Parameter by using Power analyser & generate report. Programming of Energy Meters. Replacement of Meters, lamps, Current Transformers, connectors etc. Fault (Overheating / overloading / Loose contact) finding and correction of Electrical circuits. Panel Thermal imaging & generate thermography reports. Should have expert Electrical maintenance skills.
• Maintenance of Lighting Panels such as replacement of damaged parts like contactors, MCB, FUSE, Push button, Lamp, PLC cards etc. should have expert to find out PLC bus fault & communication fault. Knowledge of setting of DIP switches. Programming of Lighting ON/ OFF schedule as per shop requirement. Hardware Fault finding of PLC CPU & I/O cards.
• Maintenance of Indoor & outdoor Lighting, such as repairing of shop lights by using cherry picker / Jaldoot Access Platform/ Ladder /scaff holding. Repairing of office Lights. Fault finding skill of lighting system. Repairing & parts replacement of street Light & high mast. Report generation of lighting maintenance. Stock report of Healthy (OK) and faulty LED lights for under warranty replacement.
• Maintenance of HT & LT Cables, such as fault finding of cable by using Instrument -cable route tracer & Cable fault locator, LT cable jointing by use of heat shrinkable joints , testing of cable by using Insulation resistance tester. Replacement of damaged cables by using proper PPE & safety precautions Installation of cable route markers. Installation of cable tray & covers. LT cable termination by using crimping tools. Repairing of cable tray supports.Role & responsibilities:
