Area Business Manager - Calicut HQ

Objective:

To ensure achievement of sales targets in the assigned area by guiding the field force to implement marketing and sales strategies effectively and create a favourable image of the organization in the eyes of the customers and industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Support in sales strategy:

> Help team to gather Market feedback and ensure it is sent to Marketing team.
> Attend induction, CTP, Cycle meetings to understand campaigns and other processes.
>Ensure team is prepared for inclinic discussions through detailing practice, proper understanding of strategy and product knowledge.
> Validate Campaign customers list as per the strategy.

Sales Management

>  Validate and approve SVL, STP, MTP, MTCPP, as per policy.
> Assign visit frequency of Drs based on potential and our business and ensure compliance by rep.
> Ensure inclusion of all important market chemists in the list as per policy.
> Validate new Drs/transferred Drs and recommend for addition to RBM in SVL.

> Recommend deletion of Drs with low potential and transferred Drs.
> Monitor performance and develop plan of action to bridge gaps.

Sales Management - Supply Chain

> Ensure availability of new products, liquidation of non-moving/near expiry products.
> Help SA to handle difficult stockist (P).

Stakeholder engagement

> Ensure attendance of Drs in CMEs/Conference (P).
> Recommendation of Drs in enrolment of activities.
> Ensure follow up of all Drs immediately after activities.

People Management

> Induction of new SA as per policy and submit classroom and field induction report to HR upon completion.
> Identify weak SA and allocate 50% additional time over and above the average per person available time.
