- EUC Engineering(Desktop)-Microsoft Intune,Citrix, SCCM

- Design, deploy, and manage Citrix environments at an enterprise scale (DaaS, XenApp, NetScaler, StoreFront, Director).

- Configure and administer Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365 (W365), and Azure VMs for cloud-hosted solutions.

- Manage SCCM/MECM, Intune, and Ivanti AppSense for deployment, patch management, and device control.

- Implement and optimize Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Defender, and Active Directory for identity and security governance.

- Automate operating system deployment (OSD), device provisioning, and application packaging.

- Write and maintain PowerShell scripts for operational efficiency and automation of EUC tasks.

- Troubleshoot complex EUC performance, availability, and security issues across platforms.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align EUC services with business goals.

- Stay current with industry trends and recommend improvements in EUC architecture and technologies.

- Provide Level 3 support for escalated issues and participate in root cause analysis and resolution.

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in End User Computing environments.

- Proven expertise in Citrix DaaS, XenApp, NetScaler, StoreFront, and Director.

- Strong working knowledge of Azure AVD, Windows 365, and Azure VMs.

- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for EUC automation and diagnostics.

- Experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Defender, Intune, and SCCM/MECM.

- Skilled in OS deployment (OSD), image management, and application packaging.

- Deep understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID, and modern endpoint security practices.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.

- Experience working in hybrid cloud environments, integrating on-prem and cloud EUC infrastructure.

- Familiarity with ITIL practices and service delivery frameworks.

- Understanding of Windows Server, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and Enterprise Mobility.
