Lead - Salesforce Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Salesforce integration and extension, features, designing solutions, using Salesforce API, APEX, Aura and Lightning web Components
• Salesforce Health Cloud product knowledge is preferred
• At least 5 years of Salesforce development experience
• Able to work independently
• Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders / other Salesforce team members
• Certified Salesforce Technical Architect
• Proficient with Salesforce Lightning Design System and the Salesforce development lifecycle.

Required:

• Experience with building and installing App Exchange packages
• Ability to structure the overall DevOps processes, org structures, dev environments, etc such that the CI/CD pipeline for Application Lifecycle Management minimizes the effort and complexity of the CI/CD process for a medium sized team of Salesforce developers (6-10 engineers)
• Experience implementing and developing in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Java,
• General web development experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript,
• A proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements and bringing existing code into best practices,
• Ability to write, interpret, and critique technical specifications,
• Experience working with large data sets and bulkification.
• Soft skills: the ability to gather requirements and present solutions to stakeholders
