The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all HR-related processes, systems, and policies. They focus on the administration and execution of HR services, compliance, and employee lifecycle management, while ensuring alignment with company goals and legal regulations.

Employee Lifecycle Management

• Oversee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
• Facilitate internal mobility processes such as promotions, transfers, and exits.

HR Systems & Data Management

• Manage and update the HRIS and other HR-related systems for data accuracy.
• Generate reports and analytics to support business decisions and measure HR effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection laws, such as GDPR or local equivalents.

HR Process Optimization

• Identify inefficiencies in HR workflows and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Standardize processes across teams and locations to ensure consistency.
• Partner with IT and other departments to integrate HR technology solutions.

Employee Relations

• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR services and policies.
• Support managers in addressing employee grievances and resolving workplace conflicts.
• Ensure smooth communication between employees and HR teams.
