Oracle SCM Support Lead (7-12 yrs)

Role : Oracle SCM Support Lead

Key Job Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of support analysts to provide application support for critical business applications on Oracle Fusion SCM

- Single point of contact for customer service manager, IT teams and other stakeholders to liaise with the customer teams , provide status, coordinate new rollouts, implementations and Oracle quarterly updates

- Lead solution discussions with business and technical architects on Oracle Fusion and related integrations

- Mentor team and junior members on scaling up support with product knowledge and continuous improvements

- Understand business requirements and business problems and provide possible solutions working with customer stakeholders, business analysts, technical architects, and product owners of external systems

- Work with Oracle on issues and ability to support Sev1 24X7 support tickets

- Ability to gauge and present business impact and mitigation plans for major support issues

- Support Lead experience

- Oracle SCM Support, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Order Management, Support Lead

Subject matter expertise in one or more of the areas :

- Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Oracle Order Management Cloud, Inventory, Procurement Global Order Promising, and Oracle Planning Central Cloud

- Understand and support technical components like Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Rest APIs and integrations

- Overall understanding of ERP/SCM domains

- Good knowledge of overall Oracle Fusion architecture

- Good communication and presentation skills to manage users and stakeholders

- Experience with support processes, ticketing, incidents, requests, problem and change management, SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement activities.
