Job Summary:

- We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the data and/or pharmaceutical domain.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and possess technical skills in Python, SQL, and related technologies.

- This role requires a balance of technical expertise, project management capabilities, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet business goals, scope, timeline, and budget requirements.

- Technical Leadership: Collaborate with development teams, providing guidance and support in technical areas like AWS, Azure, Python, SQL, and other relevant technologies.

- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between clients, project teams, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and addressing concerns or issues promptly.

- Resource Allocation: Efficiently manage project resources, including team members, budgets, and timelines, to optimize productivity and ensure successful project delivery.

- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with client expectations.

- Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices in project management, aiming for continuous improvement in processes, productivity, and performance.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in project management within the data and/or pharmaceutical domain.

- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with:

- Cloud platforms: AWS and Azure

- Programming languages: Python, SQL

- Data engineering and analytics

- Project Management: Proven experience in leading complex projects, preferably using methodologies like Agile or Scrum.

- Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the data or pharmaceutical industry, with experience in handling large-scale data projects.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly identify issues and develop solutions.

- Leadership: Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving them toward successful project completion.

Preferred Qualifications:

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.

- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) would be an advantage.

- Knowledge of data security and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.
