Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement high-performance, scalable, and secure cloud-native applications using .NET on the AWS platform.

- Architect and develop microservices-based applications using event-driven design patterns.

- Leverage AWS services effectively, including API Gateway, Lambda, ECS/EKS, and the AWS SDK for .NET.

- Implement and maintain RESTful APIs adhering to best practices for design, security, and performance.

- Ensure adherence to cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.

- Optimize application performance and scalability, utilizing techniques like caching, asynchronous processing, and load balancing.

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments.

- Experience with CloudEvents format for standardized event exchange between microservices.

- Evaluate and potentially migrate APIs using API management platforms like Apigee.

- Design and implement self-service APIs to empower other teams within the organization.

- Apply GitOps principles for infrastructure and application configuration management.

- Implement blue-green deployments and canary release strategies for safe and controlled application updates.

- Explore and implement chaos engineering principles to improve system resilience and fault tolerance.

- Collaborate effectively with other engineers, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in cloud computing, .NET technologies, and best practices in software development.

Qualifications :

- AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification is mandatory.

- 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET technologies.

- Extensive knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven design patterns.

- Hands-on experience with AWS services (API Gateway, Lambda, ECS/EKS, etc.) and the AWS SDK for .NET.

- Proficiency in RESTful API design and implementation.

- Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
