Branch Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our AP & TG operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Revenue & Profit targets, customer service, to ensure smooth branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue & profit targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, principals, suppliers and all internal & external stakeholders.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor market trends and devise strategies to increase revenues.

Qualifications & Skills:
Any Bachelors degree / MBA Preferred.
Proven experience in branch management or a similar leadership role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in managing budgets, forecasting, and operational planning.
