Quality Engineer (Paint & Plating Process For Supplier Quality)

Role & responsibilities

• Planning , Organizing, monitoring and controlling of all Painting activities through outsource.
• Reduce Rework & Rejection.
• Corrective actions for all painting & plating Defects.
• Ability to interpret and follow technical specification and work instructions.
• Organize relevant training sessions.
• Determine quality control standards
• Interaction with other sections of Paint- Technical support, planning & Process.
• Maintenance and Quality to improve & achieve the required target.
• Co-ordination with QA/QC for in-process & final inspection.

Preferred candidate profile

• Specialize in Paint technology.
• Strong knowledge of paint application techniques, material, and equipment.
• Leadership Skills
• Should have knowledge about plating process & Validation & Pre cleaning process.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & IATF.
• Knowledge of plating process shall be added advantage.
• Candidate must having experience in Sheet Metal Industry
