Language Requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills
Exposure to UK/Europe Recruitment: Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Recruitment Associate to join our team in Noida. This role will focus on recruiting for clients in the UK and Europe, offering a great learning opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals looking to grow in the HR/recruitment field. The ideal candidate will have an MBA in HR (preferred) and some internship experience in the HR domain. You will be working in a hybrid work model, providing a mix of in-office and remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes for clients across the UK and Europe.
• Screen and short-list candidates based on job descriptions and requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates for interviews, feedback, and offers.
• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment tools.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate applications and status in the recruitment system.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates for future recruitment needs.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and clients in English (both written and verbal).
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on market trends, industry standards, and the recruitment landscape for UK and Europe.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate with a keen interest in HR and recruitment.
• BCA and BSc IT (preferred).
• Internship experience in recruitment or HR (preferred).
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Exposure to UK and European recruitment (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive.
