Key skills for the job
Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including direct sourcing activities, preliminary phone Interviewing and negotiation of compensation packages.
Understand the key skills in a Job requirement and identify qualified technical candidates to source and screen candidates
Recruiting through Internet job portals combined with utilizing existing candidate
Relationships and referrals, along with various Internet sourcing techniques.
Screening candidates based on resource managers job description, relevant knowledge and
Experience for required skill sets, functional skills and communication skills.
Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
Understanding the requirements, creating Boolean Search, Cold Calling
Regular follow up with candidate from first Contact till the offer of offer letter to the Candidate.
Open to work on IT and Non-IT openings for Direct clients
Experience recruiting on W2, working preferably with USC, GC, EAD
Good understanding of US Tax Terms and Visa/Work Permits
Strong knowledge working with MSP, VMS.
Requirements:
Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in US
Work closely with the recruiting leads and hiring managers
Must have excellent communication and coordination skills
Education : BBA ,BCOM,BCA (Any graduate) PG will be added advantage
Proficiency in Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point ,Outlook)
Willing to work in night shifts
Maintaining Daily tracker on Daily basis
Positive attitude ,Proactive and Good Communicator
Highly motivated individual able to grasp and learn new things
