Us It Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various IT positions, including Developers, Engineers, and other tech roles.
🔹 Build strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and business culture.
🔹 Use various sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify and engage top candidates.
🔹 Conduct interviews and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
🔹 Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
🔹 Assist with offer negotiations and closing candidates.
🔹 Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and technologies.

Requirements:
🔹 3-5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
🔹 Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Science, etc.)
🔹 Proficiency in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruitment tools
🔹 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
🔹 Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
🔹 Experience with end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage
