Role & responsibilities

• Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients' requirements
• Regularly interacting with On-Site Account Managers to understand the requirements
• Understanding the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing
• Experience in one or more ATS (e.g., Workday, Taleo, Job Diva, Bull Horn)
• Develop action plans/sourcing strategies to identify qualified/submitted candidates through various job portals and networking websites
• Internet savvy, well-versed with various IT and healthcare terminologies
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of sourcing into interviews
• Understanding of SLA, TAT in recruitment
• Regular interaction/daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, and create a funnel of potential candidates.

Skills Required:

• At least 1 year of sourcing experience in US IT recruitment
• Understanding of how to use Chat GPT and other open-source AI tools
• Successful track record of client management and client communication
• Track record of producing starts/generating revenue
• Experience in candidate management/interview prep and market research
• Take whole ownership of tasks at hand
• Ability and willingness to take new challenges
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
• Work independently with little supervision in a fast-paced agency environment
• Have a knack for learning and staying up-to-date with new recruitment tools and techniques
• Goal-oriented
• Advanced computer skills, especially Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook
• Highly motivated individual able to grasp complex technologies, tools, or knowledge and learn quickly
• Willing to work in night shifts
