Position - US IT Recruiter

Timing - 6:30 PM to 3:30AM AM ( U.S Shift )

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
  
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates.
  
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  
• Manage candidate pipelines by tracking progress, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of results.
  
• Provide regular updates on recruitment status to both clients and candidates.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in US IT staffing or recruitment industry.
  
• Strong understanding of W2 employment laws and regulations.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
