Hiring For AR Callers For US Healthcare Process in Chennai

Role & responsibilities

• Looking for Candidates who have strong US healthcare domain knowledge with US voice experience.
• Candidates responsible to make multiple phone calls with minimum of 4hrs call timing every day.
• Candidate who will be responsible to manage day to day Operations in line with SLA and ensure zero deviation to set KPIs.
• Candidate should have good communication skills written and verbal both.
• Knowledge of Subrogation/ Coordination of Benefits will be added advantage.
• Good team player and should be able to work under target driven environment

Preferred candidate profile

• Educational requirements: Graduate from any discipline (except BE, B Tech and BCA) pass out year 2022 to 2024.
• Technical requirements: 1 + year experience in US Healthcare experience / Calling
• Non-Technical requirements: Good communication skills
