Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Urbanaac's precast construction services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders in the construction industry.
• Research and analyse potential markets to identify and approach new clients or projects.
• Develop tailored proposals and presentations to address client needs and highlight Urbanaac's

capabilities.

Digital Marketing and Online Presence:

• Manage Urbanaac's online presence through SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SMO

(Social Media Optimization).

• Develop and implement strategies to improve website ranking and increase organic search

visibility.

• Create, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms to build brand awareness

and engagement.

• Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the website aligns with marketing and

SEO goals.

• Analyse and report the effectiveness of digital campaigns using tools such as Google

Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.

• Provide input for marketing campaigns and promotional materials to ensure alignment with

Urbanaac's business goals.

• Work closely with any external SEO, social media, or creative agencies to maintain

consistency with Urbanaac's brand strategy.

Performance Reporting:

• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, SEO performance, and social

media metrics.

• Suggest innovative strategies to enhance client acquisition, retention, and digital engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• The ideal candidate should be a graduate/post-graduate (civil graduate would be an added

advantage) with a minimum of 1 year of experience.

• Proficiency in using SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
• Experience with social media platforms and tools for managing digital campaigns.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and the ability to understand and evaluate architectural drawings is a plus.
• A solid understanding of precast construction or a willingness to learn about the industry.
