- Partner with the business to get a clear view of their hiring needs
- Source candidates to fill open positions
- Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, etc.).
- Counsel the candidate on salary, benefit and work environment

- Graduate/Post Graduate with 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources
