Upperdeck Resort is looking for Food & Beverage Manager Plan and coordinate food and beverage operations, including menus, recipes, service standards, and pricing.
Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
Oversee food and beverage production, ensuring quality and consistency.
Manage inventory and purchasing, ensuring adequate supplies and minimizing waste.
Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.
Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, and take corrective action as necessary.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and standards.
Maintain positive relationships with customers, responding to feedback and resolving complaints.
Coordinate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
