Job brief :

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Sr AI/ML Consultant to lead the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions across various industries. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in cloud-native AI solutions, technical leadership, and domain expertise in sectors like banking, insurance, healthcare, and telecom.

Job Responsibilities :

- Client Collaboration and Solutions Development:

- Partner with sales teams to identify and address client challenges with tailored AI/ML solutions.

- Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and POC projects to showcase solution effectiveness.

Presales Support :

- Provide expertise in client meetings, webinars, and workshops.

- Prepare RFP/RFI responses and proposals aligned with client needs.

AI/ML Project Leadership :

- Lead cloud migration projects utilizing platforms like Vertex AI.

- Design and deploy advanced AI/ML models, including Generative AI.

- Implement predictive models like Fraud Detection, Customer Churn Prediction, ARIMA Time Series, and more.

Team Leadership and Mentorship :

- Guide data science teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Stay updated on AI advancements, including Transformers and Large Language Models.

- Technical Expertise and Workflow Optimization:

- Architect end-to-end AI/ML workflows from ETL to production deployment.

- Deliver actionable, data-driven insights to clients.

Required Skills :

- 10+ years in data science, AI/ML, with expertise in cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure).

- Proficiency in Python, machine learning algorithms (e.g., SVM, XGBoost), and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow).

- Experience with Large Language Models (e.g., BERT, T5) and data warehousing tools like BigQuery.

- Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications in AI/ML or cloud platforms.

- Proven track record in industries such as finance, insurance, or healthcare.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Postgraduate Diploma in IT Project Management.
