Associate/Analyst - IPD

Job Description

1. Conducting patentability searches.
2. Identifying patentability in inventions over prior art.
3. Drafting patent specification.
4. Preparing and Filing Response in the Patent Office.
5. Providing end to end support in Pre and Post Grant Oppositions by searching and interpreting relevant prior art.
6. Conducting freedom-to-operate searches.

Qualifications

1. M.Sc./PhD (Organic Chemistry) OR M. Pharm with sound technical knowledge
2. 7-10 years of work experience in Intellectual property rights with drafting skills
3. Good communication skills
