Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field sales activities, loan disbursements, and direct sales.
  
• Process files for loan approvals and generate revenue through effective selling skills.
  
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  
• Convince potential customers to purchase products or services offered by the company.
  
• Meet targets set by management for lead generation, file processing, and sales performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in banking sales, BFSI sales, or related fields.
  
• Strong communication skills with convincing power to close deals.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Freshers are also welcome.
