Job Description
- Preference to candidate who have good experience in Airport Maintenance.
- Overall civil maintenance of airside & landside building facilities
- Scheduled maintenance planning for all facilities
- To track the maintenance progress planned vs actual
- To prepare & share daily/Monthly progress reports
- To maintain the store inventory for all required tools material & consumables
- Maintenance planning for airside & landside drain networks
- Water Tank cleaning planning & execution
- Pavement maintenance including Runways, Taxiway, Apron & landside road network
- Perimeter maintenance planning - Airside & property
- Manpower training & management
- Building maintenance includes waterproofing treatments of buildings
- Building structural components repairs, concrete works, crack repairs
- External & internal paint finishes, Tiles, granite & epoxy floorings, ACP & Glass facade works, False flooring, Gypsum & mineral fiber ceiling.
