Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Store Manager with expertise in automotive components to oversee and manage our store's operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a deep understanding of automotive parts and inventory management. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, leading the team, maintaining optimal stock, and managing both incoming and outgoing materials, as well as ensuring the timely dispatch of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning.
• Manage inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, regular audits, and timely replenishment.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked always.
• Supervise, train, and develop a team of store staff, ensuring high levels of motivation and productivity.
• Implement and adhere to safety protocols, as well as store policies and procedures.
• Maintain effective communication with other teams and departments.
• Be responsible for the timely dispatch of materials.
• Ensure the proper handling of incoming and outgoing materials.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive parts industry.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and communicating through email; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock management.
• Preferably residing in or Noida or Ghaziabad.
