Site Manager / Liason Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle complete Liasoning with BMC/SRA/MHADA and other government bodies for all site work as may be required
• Should have past working knowledge of SRA / Annexure 2 / LOI / Real Estate Development
• Should be fluent in writing, reading and speaking Marathi, Hindi and English
• Represent the company to the government agencies, society and other companies as may be required
• Coordinate with site tenants and follow up for documents as may be required by the company / government bodies
• Manage all site security and team members as per company policies
• Ensure the site office is always functioning properly and clean at all times
• Filing all documents and ensuring they are properly stored as per company policies
• Represent the company as and where may be required
• Write letters to SRA/BMC/PMC and other government bodies as per their regulations
• Field and Office work
• Should have knowledge of redevelopment projects / real estate projects
• Ensure everything at site is running smoothly
• Maintain good relations with all site tenants and society members
• Carry out tasks assigned by management in timely manner
• Be well organised and a go getter
