Their task will be to set realistic expectations and push through on expectations with determination and drive to make company revenues grow as much as possible specifically in the International Markets. Applicants must have relevant work experience of 5 to 16 years. They will be required to strategize avenues to generate revenue for our existing products as well as suggest and implement new product ideas.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
1. Build strategic relationships with Entities/Corporations/Government Bodies outside of India and manage complex partnerships to achieve the company's goals.
2. Explore potential partnerships in the international markets and structure partnership agreements to drive user acquisition, traffic, and brand awareness.
3. Maintain & nurture existing partnerships & channels of strategic alliances. Innovate mutually beneficial, high-impact, long-term partnership constructs.
4. Strategize on maximizing revenue for the company from existing as well as new products and services.
5. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers in the International Markets.
6. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers in International Markets to meet their needs.
7. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
8. Analyze the International market's potential, track sales and status reports.
9. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services in the International Markets.
Soft Skills Required: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, quick thinker, self-starter, ability to formulate and adapt business alliance & partnership strategy.
Eligibility:
1. Relevant work experience of 3 to 16 Years in B2B SaaS-based selling/partnerships covering International Markets.
2. Candidates should hold an MBA Degree (Having proficiency in International Business would be a plus)
3. Brownie points for the members of the placement team of the institution or during MBA.
4. Brownie points if candidates have participated in campus engagements during their graduation/post-graduation.
5. Brownie point for candidates with HR-Tech or Ed-tech background.
6. Candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset will be given a higher preference.
7. Candidates with any kind of IT SaaS-based product sales/partnerships background will be preferred.
Compensation:
As per industry standards. Salary won't be a restriction for deserving candidates
The process is the same for all candidates irrespective of their work experience.
