Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets . Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and to maintain existing client relationships . Participate in sales meetings, presentations and negotiations with clients . Monitor sales activity and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on sales performance, trends and customer feedback . Ensure all sales processes are followed, including product demonstrations, proposals, contracts, and invoicing . Provide support to the sales team, including training, coaching and mentoring . Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's products, services, and market trends .
