Junior Engineer - Production (SMT)

Dear All,

We are looking for a Junior Engineer - Production Assembly with SMT background candidates.

Qualification: Diploma - Electronics candidates with 3 to 6 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components on PCBs using surface mount technology (SMT).
  
• Perform change management activities, including change points and AOI inspections.
  
• Handle manpower efficiently during shifts, ensuring effective shift planning and execution.
  
• Implement kaizen initiatives to improve production processes and maintain a clean work environment according to 5S system standards.
  
• Coordinate with team members for daily production planning, attendance management, and line balancing.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in SMT production assembly or related field.
  
• Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunication.
  
• Strong understanding of surface mount technology (SMT), electronics manufacturing processes, and AOI.
