Role & responsibilities

1-Plan vs Actual hourly monitoring

2- Coordinate with other department to reduce line losses

3- Closure of audit points(Internal/external).

4- Effective Manpower Management and their skill enhancement.

5- Ensure availability of material as per job order with coordination with Stores and PPC.

6-Co-ordination with Quality team in case any Child part, Subassy, Product Quality issue

7-Implementation of cost saving initiatives in timely manner.

8-Monitoring of budget improvement activity regarding SQPDCM

9-Knowledge of 4M, Line balancing, 3M and TPS

Reduce rejection in process by implementing CAPA

Audits points closure with proper why-why analysis in timely manner
