a.NET Framework with ASP.NET, MVC, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SQL Server.

b. Full stack development

4. UX and testing

5. BMC REMEDY IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT

Expected Scope of work (in case WP) / Responsibilities (in case of T&M):

• Understanding the requirements
• Design & Develop UI Wireframes (Image Assets)
• Develop Web-Services, Backend Systems Interfaces
• Application Development & Reports
• Manage Workflows
• Testing
• Document Version Controls Alerts
• End to End System Integration Testing
• Deployment
• L2 & L3 support on the applications using SMT P5 support process

OUT OF SCOPE

Any activities related to:

• L1 support activities
• Installation and configuration of Application / Database servers
• Installation of any software and tools
• Installation and configuration of .NET framework in end user machines
• Application Server / Database server / Environment maintenance
• Application / Database server upgrade / migration
• Cloud hosting of applications
• Enhancement / development of applications in old versions of Microsoft software (e.g Classic ASP)
• and .NET framework which are no more supported by Microsoft. However, any minor changes feasible will be mutually agreed upon and taken up accordingly. Authentication security
