Responsibility: -

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability for open positions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
• Manage bulk hiring processes from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
• Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to track candidate flow throughout the recruitment process.

Key Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
• MBA/PGDM degree in any specialization.
• Strong understanding of TA principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using tools like ATS for efficient candidate management.
