Key :
- Support Activities : Provide responsive support to internal teams globally by managing and resolving support tickets, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Banking Operations : Perform reconciliation and banking tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across our financial systems.
- Routine Operations : Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly scheduled tasks, ensuring timely completion in line with operational standards.
- Data Analysis & Reporting : Utilize strong Excel skills to analyze data, create reports, and optimize operational processes.
- Log Analysis : Read and interpret system logs to troubleshoot issues and support effective resolution of technical problems.
Qualifications:

- Ability to balance support activities with operational tasks while working across multiple time zones.
