We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our global fintech team in a role that combines support and banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:.

Support Activities: Provide responsive support to internal teams globally by managing and resolving support tickets, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Banking Operations: Perform reconciliation and banking tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across our financial systems.

Routine Operations: Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly scheduled tasks, ensuring timely completion in line with operational standards.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize strong Excel skills to analyze data, create reports, and optimize operational processes.

Log Analysis: Read and interpret system logs to troubleshoot issues and support effective resolution of technical problems.

Qualifications:.

Experience or strong interest in fintech or financial services, with a focus on banking processes.

Proficiency in Excel is a must.

Strong ability to read and understand system logs for troubleshooting purposes.

Ability to balance support activities with operational tasks while working across multiple time zones.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support colleagues worldwide.
