Univest - Director/AVP - Product Management (7-15 yrs)

As Director/ AVP Product, you will play a pivotal role in the creation and launch of our stock trading platform. You will be responsible for every aspect of the product lifecycle, from conceptualization to maintenance, while providing strategic direction and overseeing a dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualization & Ideation: Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and features. Conduct market research and user studies to identify key trends and opportunities.
• Implementation & Development: Lead the product development process, working closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams. Translate concepts into actionable plans, overseeing the execution of product roadmap and feature delivery.
• Product Launch: Coordinate all aspects of product launch, including beta testing, user feedback integration, and marketing strategies. Ensure a smooth and successful rollout of the stock trading platform to the market.
• Maintenance & Optimization: Continuously monitor product performance and user feedback post-launch. Iterate on features and functionalities to enhance user satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
• Team Management: Build and nurture a high-performing product team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.

• 7+ years of overall experience in Product Management & at least 3+ years in Wealth Management space.
• Experience in the B2C segment- Prior experience & understanding in Wealth Management (Stock Broking Industry).
• Good people management skills.
• Ideal candidate should clearly demonstrate impact in previous area of work - visible via product innovation/customer love/growth in key metrics.
• Strong quantitative skills, data-driven approach to problem-solving.
