Job Description
The Lead Engineer Design and Development shall be able to.
Understand and analyze the requirements of the project.
Suggest possible solutions for the given requirements.
Realize the requirements and implement it with highest quality and on time.
Guide project team members on technical topics.
Ensure design & implementation are in alignment with architecture.
Desired Knowledge And Experience.
Over 8 years of experience in Software development using C#.
Good knowledge on C# Dot Net 40 or above.
Knowledge on WPF, WCF is desirable.
Strong C# or any OOPS programming skills, Design principles & patterns and a good understanding of the overall Architecture.
Past experience in Medical Domain is preferred,.
Well versed with agile software development methodology.
Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
Familiarity with continuous integration.
