Sales Executive

Client Acquisition:

• Identify and target potential clients, including expats, diplomats, and corporate clients.
• Build a strong network with HR professionals, relocation agencies, and embassy personnel to generate leads.

Sales Strategy Development:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
• Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Provide a consultative sales approach, understanding clients' needs and offering tailored relocation solutions.

Service Presentation:

• Showcase URSM's services (home search, car rental, furniture rental, etc.) effectively to clients.
• Arrange and conduct site visits, service demonstrations, and presentations.

Negotiation and Closure:

• Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present proposals, agreements, and contracts.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams (operations, customer service, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Share client feedback and insights to improve service offerings.

Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
